Do I need a credit card for the introductory access?
No credit card is required for the 90-day introductory access. Simply register with your email, download the app, and start using it immediately.
How is my tier determined?
Your tier is automatically detected based on your country and shown for reference. Paid tier pricing is not yet active — contact us if you have questions.
What happens after the 90-day introductory period?
We'll notify you as your introductory access approaches expiration. Paid subscription options will be available before continued full access is required — we'll announce when that's ready. We never delete your account or GST-ID.
Can I cancel anytime?
Paid subscriptions are not yet available, so there's nothing to cancel right now. Once paid plans launch, full cancellation terms will be published here and in our Terms of Service.
Is payment secure?
Paid plans aren't live yet, so no payment is being collected today. When paid subscriptions launch, we'll use a reputable third-party payment provider and will never store your card details ourselves — we'll name the provider here at that time.
What is the difference between the app and the website?
The website (globalspacetechnology.com) handles registration and GST-ID issuance. The app handles all communication. Global Space Technology does not possess the cryptographic keys required to decrypt protected communication content — communication is designed to use direct peer-to-peer connectivity whenever possible.
