At Global Space Technology (“GST”), your privacy is central to our mission. We build GST‑NET as a serverless, end‑to‑end encrypted, peer‑to‑peer communications platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our website, register for a GST‑ID, or access GST‑NET applications (Windows, iOS, Android, and future satellite/RF modules).

1. Our Commitment to Privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information for advertising or marketing purposes. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics scripts, or fingerprinting technologies on our website or within our apps. Our business model is subscription‑based, not advertising‑based.

2. Data We Collect (and Why)

To provide you with a GST‑ID and secure access to GST‑NET, we collect only the minimum necessary information:

Email address: Used for verification, account recovery, and important service notices. We do not use your email for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
Payment information: If you subscribe to a paid plan, your credit card details are processed directly by our payment partners (Stripe). We never store full credit card numbers on our servers.
Optional phone number: May be used for additional verification to prevent duplicate GST‑IDs and ensure fair use. Phone numbers are stored encrypted and never shared.
GST‑ID: A randomly generated identifier that is stored locally on your device and, in hashed form, on our servers to prevent duplicate registrations. Your GST‑ID is not linked to your real identity.

We do not collect your contacts, messages, files, location, device sensors, or any content you transmit through GST‑NET. All communications are peer‑to‑peer and encrypted end‑to‑end; even GST cannot access them.

3. No Tracking, No Cookies, No Advertising

Our website and applications do not use cookies, web beacons, or any tracking technologies. We do not serve ads or share data with advertisers. We believe your communication patterns are your own business.

4. How We Protect Your Data

GST‑NET employs military‑grade encryption (AES‑256‑GCM, X25519, Ed25519) with perfect forward secrecy. All messages, files, and calls are encrypted before leaving your device and cannot be decrypted by any intermediary – including GST. Your GST‑ID and associated keys are stored locally; if you lose your device and have not backed up your GST‑ID, your contacts and encrypted data are unrecoverable by us.

5. Data Retention and Your Control

We retain your email and hashed GST‑ID only as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support; upon deletion, we remove your email and hashed ID from our systems. Payment records are retained by our processor as required by law. We do not retain any communication content.

6. Children’s Privacy

GST‑NET is not directed to individuals under 13 (or the applicable age of consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

7. International Data Transfers

Because GST‑NET is serverless, your communications do not pass through our servers. The minimal account data we store (email, hashed GST‑ID) is hosted on secure servers in the United States. By using GST‑NET, you consent to this transfer.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the last revision. Your continued use of GST‑NET after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
