1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or using any GSTNet service provided by GlobalSpaceTechnology.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

GSTNet provides peer-to-peer encrypted communication software including messaging, voice calls, video calls, and file transfer. GSTNet is designed with a peer-to-peer-first architecture: direct device-to-device connectivity is preferred whenever network conditions allow, while backend infrastructure supports account management, security, and connectivity assistance when required.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use GSTNet
You must provide accurate registration information
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
One account per person for individual plans

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GSTNet for:

Any illegal activity under applicable law
Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
Distribution of malware or malicious code
Violation of any third party's intellectual property rights
Any activity that interferes with the service's operation
Circumventing security measures or attempting unauthorized access

5. 90-Day Introductory Access

Eligible new accounts receive a 90-day introductory entitlement with access to subscription-protected functionality
No payment method is required to receive this introductory entitlement
Paid subscription options may be offered after the introductory period
Paid subscription activation, billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and applicable payment-provider terms will apply once paid subscription functionality becomes available, and this section will be updated accordingly at that time

6. Privacy and Data

Your use of GSTNet is subject to our Privacy Policy. The key principle: Global Space Technology does not possess the cryptographic keys required to decrypt protected end-to-end encrypted communication content. We collect only the minimum account information required to operate the service.

6a. Account Recovery Limitations

Important: If you permanently lose access to your registered email address and authentication credentials, your account and encrypted data may be permanently inaccessible or lost, and there may be no recovery method available. Global Space Technology will not bypass its security controls solely because a person claims ownership of a GST-ID or account. You are responsible for maintaining access to your registered email and credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

GSTNet software, branding, and technology are the intellectual property of GlobalSpaceTechnology.com. You may not reverse engineer, copy, modify, or distribute our software without express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

GSTNet is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. No communication system provides absolute security.

9. Limitation of Liability

GlobalSpaceTechnology.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of GSTNet. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
