Terms of Service

Welcome to Global Space Technology (“GST,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using GST‑NET – our serverless, end‑to‑end encrypted peer‑to‑peer communications platform – you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of GST‑NET

GST‑NET is a decentralized communications infrastructure that enables secure messaging, file transfer, and voice/video calls directly between users without central servers. It operates over multiple bearers (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, RF, and eventually satellite). Our software is currently available for Windows, iOS, and Android, with future releases for satellite and other communication layers as our roadmap progresses.

We do not monitor, record, or store your communications. Because the system is peer‑to‑peer and encrypted end‑to‑end, even GST cannot access the content of your messages, files, or calls.

2. Eligibility and Registration

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use GST‑NET. When you register, you will receive a unique GST‑ID. This identifier is stored locally on your device; if you lose it, we cannot recover it, and you will permanently lose access to your contacts and encrypted data. It is your responsibility to back up your GST‑ID securely.

You may register only one GST‑ID per individual or entity. We collect your email and, optionally, a phone number to verify your identity and prevent duplicate accounts. Payment information (if applicable) is processed by third‑party partners; we do not store full credit card numbers.

3. Free Trial and Subscription

New users receive a one‑time 90‑day (3 month) free trial of GST‑NET. This trial is non‑extendable and limited to one per user/entity. After the trial period, continued use requires a paid subscription at the then‑current rates.

Enterprise, government, and military users are excluded from the free trial and must enter into a separate written agreement with GST. Such users should contact us directly via our Contact page.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

4. Your Data and Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information. In summary:

• We collect only the minimum data necessary (email, payment info, optional phone) for account verification and fraud prevention.
• We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, analytics, or advertising.
• All communications are encrypted end‑to‑end; we cannot access their content.
• We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use GST‑NET for:

• Illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or distribution of malware.
• Impersonating others or providing false registration information.
• Attempting to bypass security, interfere with the service, or access another user’s account.
• Any use that violates applicable export control or sanctions laws.

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

GST‑NET software, logos, and content are owned by GST or our licensors. You are granted a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the software for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or distribute the software except as expressly permitted.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

GST‑NET is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non‑infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GST shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, contacts, or communications, arising out of or related to your use of GST‑NET. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) during the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GST harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, we will remove your email and hashed GST‑ID from our active systems; your contacts and encrypted data are irretrievably lost.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top indicates the latest revision. Your continued use of GST‑NET after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
