Terms of Service

Effective date: November 16, 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Global Space Technology (“GST”) websites, software, and services, including GST-NET communications infrastructure. By accessing or using GST services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to the public website, registration flows, and non-classified GST-NET deployments. Separate contractual or classified agreements may apply for government, defense, or critical-infrastructure programs. Where such agreements exist, they take precedence over this document.

2. Eligibility

You may use GST services only if you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction and are not prohibited from receiving services under applicable law, sanctions, or export control regimes.

3. Accounts and GST-IDs

Certain GST-NET features require issuance of a GST-ID or related credentials. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and devices.
  • Ensuring that use of your GST-ID complies with applicable law and policy.
  • Promptly notifying GST (or your organization’s administrator) of suspected compromise.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use GST-NET to violate applicable law or regulatory restrictions.
  • Interfere with, probe, or disrupt GST infrastructure or other users.
  • Attempt to bypass security controls or impersonate other identities.
  • Use the service to distribute malware, spam, or abusive content.

GST may suspend or terminate access where misuse is detected or reasonably suspected.

5. Intellectual Property

GST logos, trademarks, software, and documentation are owned by Global Space Technology or its licensors. No rights are granted beyond those expressly provided in these Terms or a separate written agreement.

6. No Warranties

GST-NET is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GST disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. High-risk deployments should be validated and tested under appropriate conditions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GST will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, communications, or business arising from or related to the use of GST services. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the service in the preceding twelve months, unless superseded by a separate contract.

8. Termination and Suspension

GST may suspend or terminate access to services at any time where necessary to protect network integrity, comply with law, or address misuse. You may discontinue use at any time by ceasing access and, if applicable, removing GST software from your devices.

9. Export and Regulatory Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable export control, sanctions, and regulatory regimes in connection with your use of GST-NET, including restrictions on use in certain countries or by certain end-users.

10. Changes to These Terms

GST may update these Terms as technology, regulations, and deployment models evolve. The effective date at the top will be revised when changes are made. Continued use of GST services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
