🔒 Core Legal Principle: GSTNet uses end-to-end encryption and a peer-to-peer-first communication architecture. Global Space Technology does not possess the cryptographic keys required to decrypt protected communication content, making it technically impossible for us to provide message content to any third party, government, or law enforcement. Backend infrastructure is used for account management, authentication, security controls, entitlement management, and connectivity assistance where required. We can provide account information (email, GST-ID) which we collect for account management purposes only.
Data Protection
We design our services and data practices with applicable privacy and data-protection requirements in mind, including principles found in frameworks such as GDPR (EU) and CCPA (California). The specific rights available to you depend on your location and applicable law.
